Great, easy drinking Whisky. The flavors are a rollercoaster ride, and the finish is immaculate.
Aromas: Sweet corn, cornbread with honey, light spices, and wood-fired BBQ
Taste: The sweetness of corn turns into creamy nuances of vanilla and caramel, crosses into grains, and evolves into clean BBQ smoke.
Finish: The charred oak hangs and the more delicate flavors pass through it as they a completed with a crisp clean mouthfeel.
This is fantastic gin, the full rich mouthfeel is completely clean throughout and beautifully reminds you of a walk in a California Coastal Plain.

* Diluted with actual Long Beach water before, and after redistillation.

*A final distillation series is completed in our custom-designed copper pot still, with 2 retorts that achieve a softer second and third distillation on top of the original distillation.

*After distillation, we age it in used French Oak barrels that have charred American Oak added for depth at least 40 days.

* Before redistillation, we macerate all the botanicals in alcohol for 24 hours.
* A final distillation is completed in our customdesigned copper pot still, with 2 retorts to achieve a softer redistillation to retain aromatics from the botanicals.
