Did you know you can make an Old Fashioned without alcohol? Come learn how to turn your favorite classic cocktails into zero-proof mocktails and discover the world of non-alcoholic “spirits.” This trend is blowing up as more and more bars and restaurants are offering sophisticated mocktail options. Come join us in exploring this new world and learn how to make classic cocktails with no alcohol! In class, we will make the following:

• Old Fashioned

• Spritz

• Margarita

• Daiquiri

• Negroni

Each class is 90 minutes, with all materials included, plus a recipe book. Everyone will get the chance to make their own mocktail, either a classic or original. Our mixologist is here to guide you and make it fun. After class, please feel free to stay and enjoy Roxanne’s. Food is available for purchase during class.

Let's challenge our knowledge and enjoy some fabulous mocktails at Trivia Night at Roxannes Long Beach.

Let's challenge our knowledge and enjoy some fabulous mocktails at Trivia Night at Roxanne's Willies Banquet Room. Let's meet up between at 6:15 to guarantee a seat, get food and mocktails, and get to know each other. Trivia is open to all, whether you are good or NOT! I will help us split into a few teams to play. This game requires your phone so have it charged up and ready to go!

• If you arrive late, or after 6:30 you may not be paired with a team.

• If you cannot stay the entire time (until 8:45 pm), you CANNOT JOIN A TEAM. You can def watch or have a one person team! But you cannot participate on a team. (It isn't fair to a team if everyone leaves before the end.)

 

New to trivia or already a quiz whiz? Come enjoy a lively night of friendly competition, laughs, and plenty of “I didn’t know that” moments.
